Everything you need to know about laser hair removal, from how it works to how many sessions you’ll need.
Tired of shaving, razor bumps and ingrown hairs? Laser hair removal offers a long-term solution for smooth, hair-free skin, saving you time, money and effort every day.
How Does It Work?
The laser sends concentrated light into the hair, where it is absorbed by the pigment and turned into heat. This heat damages the hair follicle beneath the skin, reducing its ability to grow new hair. The surrounding skin is protected, so only the follicle is targeted.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Hair grows in cycles, and laser works best on hairs in their active growth phase. That’s why treatment is done as a course of sessions, spaced several weeks apart. Most clients need six to eight sessions, with hair becoming finer, lighter and slower to grow back each time.
Who Is It Right For?
Laser works best on dark, coarse hair. Blonde, grey, red and white hair has little pigment, so electrolysis is usually the better option. Every client starts with a free 15-minute consultation and a patch test at least 48 hours before the first session, so we can choose the safest settings for your skin.

Before and After Your Session
